What are the BS Club terms and conditions?

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the BESTSOCCERSTORE membership program, the BS Club (the “Club”).  The BS Club is organized by BESTSOCCERSTORE. ( “we,” or “us”) and these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the Club.  Please read these Terms carefully.  By participating in the Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.JOINING THE BS CLUB

No purchase is required to enroll in the Club. Only one account is allowed per individual.  If you join the Club, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. 

2.EARNING BS POINTS

As a member of the Club, you will earn points for purchases that you make on BESTSOCCERSTORE. Purchases include purchases of regular and sale priced merchandise. If a member returns purchased items, the Points earned by those items will be deducted from the member’s Point total.  In addition to earning Points for purchases, members can also earn Points for certain interactions with us. These include but are not limited to:

CREATE ACCOUNT& COMPLETE PROFILE

Join the BS Club and tell us more about yourself earn your first 50  points.

MAKE A PURCHASE

Shop your favorite Soccer, NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL products, earn 5  points per $1.

SHARE

Place order successfully then Shore on Social Media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or forum, earn 50  points per order.

LEAVE A REVIEW

Review a product from your purchase history, earn 50 points.

3.EXPIRATION OF POINTS

BS Club points will remain valid for 365 Days. Points are not transferable between members. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.BS CLUB TIERS

The Club has five separate tiers. Starting at the LV1, members can progress through the different tiers by earning points. It is possible to become a Challenger by simply joining the BS Club. No purchase is required.

Members can climb to the higher tiers of LV5, at higher tiers members can access even greater benefits.

Members must meet the requalification requirements at the end of their membership year in order to remain at their current tier. If not, members will be downgraded to the tier below. Returns can cause members to drop down multiple tiers. For example, if a member returns an order / a product, the points earned will be deducted, which could cause a member to drop by the corresponding number of points.

5.REWARDS

Entry and progress through each of the above-mentioned tiers will unlock a set of new rewards for members. When a member enters a higher tier, they will receive a one-time tier-specific discount voucher for that new tier that is good for 365 days. Members will have access to the rewards in their current tier and the tiers below them. 

The following terms and conditions apply to the specific rewards listed for members in the relevant tiers when and if earned and used by you.

Discount Vouchers: These are single-use discount vouchers that are unlocked when members enter a new tier. These are valid for 365 days. 

Free Express Shipping: Whose value is $20, valid for 365 days.

Points Reward: Different points reward for different tiers memebers, the higher tier you are in, the more points get back to you after purchasing.

6.USE OF ACCOUNT

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under their password or account. Members should immediately inform BESTSOCCERSTORE customer service of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security.

7.DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE CLUB IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BESTSOCCERSTORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE CLUB (INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AND THOSE ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE).  

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BESTSOCCERSTORE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING FOR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CLUB, HOWEVER, CAUSED, AND UNDER WHATEVER CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY BROUGHT (INCLUDING UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT THEORY OF LIABILITY) EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BESTSOCCERSTORE’ TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER THESE TERMS AND THE CLUB, FROM ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WILL BE LIMITED TO AND WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID BESTSOCCERSTORE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
